Eat Soup and Salad With Every Meal

Salads and soups will both fill up with very little calories. But, you need to make homemade soup because the ingredients in canned soup are not healthy for you.

The soups and salads will eliminate calories from the meal you are about to eat. They do this because you will feel full sooner at the meal.

That's simple enough, right?

Add Black Beans and Lentils To Meals

Both of these foods should be a big part of your diet. They both are high in protein. And they'll fill your stomach.

You can still eat your favorite foods. Just add these foods to the mix. Once you put your mind to this, it's actually very easy.

The goal is to eat less of your favorite foods so you can lose weight. Try to eat at least a full can of black beans and four ounces of lentils every day.

Great Weight Loss Snacks

Any snack that has fiber or protein is the snack you want to eat. Skip the over processed junk foods packed with sugar.

Great choices include beef jerky, apples, string cheese, and yogurt. With all the variety in those snacks, boredom should not be a problem.
