Strengthen Your Bladder Control

I wanted to talk to you about how you can strengthen your bladder control. As people get older, they just tend to lose control. You'll find that you just have to go to the bathroom more often. Not only that, but you'll feel like you just have to really go bad all the time. I suppose this does happen when you get older, but it is na? to think that there isn't anything you can actually do about it. You can regain control and make yourself stronger because running to the bathroom all the time isn't exactly living. I'm going to talk to you about how you can strengthen your bladder control.

Your bladder system is set up quite simply. Basically the bladder is lifted up with a tube at the bottom of it. Gravity pulls the urine down the tube and out of the body this way. There is a muscle that wraps around the tube and squeezes it. This is what provides control. When that muscle isn't working good enough, gravity will pull urine down and you'll just have to go all the time. The key to solving this problem is getting this muscle strong again.

If you want to strengthen your bladder control, there is a simple exercise you can do. What you do is squeeze your butt together. If you do it right, you should be able to feel a muscle squeeze around your bladder. You just treat this like you were working out. Do a few sets and keep this up over time. You can also take a bladder control supplement that will help stimulate this muscle internally.
