Naturally Grow Taller - Because You Hate Being Short

A lot of a persons problem through life can be traced back to their self confidence, and what they think of themselves. Their self confidence can again be traced back to numerous things, but one thing that's a VERY big part of people's self esteem is their height. Therefore many people worldwide wish that they could continue growing, even after puberty, but how can they? This article will explore the options you have to naturally grow taller.

Without a doubt; the best way to grow taller is to do a lot of exercises. Depending on various factors, most people's bones stop growing when they're between 22-25 years old. After that their height pretty much remain the same. And for too many people, that sucks.

An exercise that has proven to give good results, is simply hanging. Just take a hold of something, and hang there, for a maximum of 15 minutes a day. What this does is that your spine is stretched out, making more room for bone to grow. A lot of people do just that. They hang themselves up for 15 minutes 2-3 times a week, and they can eventually add another 2-3 inches on their height.

Another thing that helps a lot, and I bet you'll never guess what this is: sleeping. And lots of it. Try getting around 9 hours of sleep every night. When you're sleeping, what's happening is the same thing that's happening when you're hanging: the body kind of stretches out on its own - opening room that will be filled with bone.

Also, remember to have a healthy diet. The right amount of proteins and calcium is very important, so drink more milk! If you want to get even more into it, start swimming 2-3 times a week. It really helps you grow as well as keeping your body fit.
